Season Of The Fruit

The time of apples reddening...is nigh...go figure...it's not even quite mid-July.
Guess the heavy dose of sunny...warm days...today...of course...being the exception...
has quickened the pace...of the time of fruiting. I've always gotten a special feeling
of satisfaction...from seeing..."fruit on the vine...or tree". It helps me to get over
the battering of the leaves and flowers...once the first flush of spring is over.
