Never Weep For Time Gone Revisited

Our experiences of the past can haunt us if we let them. Wish I could say I was
completely free of hauntings...but I can't. Beyond what transpired in your own
life...there is the way things inevitably change...in the world we live in...and
how we can easily remain attached to an era...or place...or thing...or even...people
we used to know...who with the passage of time...drifted out of our lives...or
may have even left this Earth. Some of the big changes that happen in our lives...
come...with the journey from childhood to elderhood. A lot of nostalgia can build up
around past stages in our own lives...just based on that process of aging. The main
consolation there...is we are not alone. Every single human being...unless he or
she departs this world early...will experience...the way time writes upon us all.
Looks like...a good way of approaching the past...is to see the lessons it brought
...and learn and live from them. Yes...time gone...as teacher...rather than haunter
...looks like the way to go...although...that...is easier said than done.........

Hello Quester ... wonderful to "meet you" in here and to come to learn about your songwriting skills and your strong desire (yearning) to share them. Aren't we the lucky folks to get to hear them.
